AMY CHUA
Amy Chua was a mom who cared for her children differently. Although she teaches her daughters with cussing and yelling and abuse, she still cares for them. The Articles she has posted has had many comments. Most of the comments posted were talking about how she’s a bad parent or she needs to let them do what they want, many people had different opinions and different prospective.
Amy Chua didn’t give the kids many choices or maybe none at all. And Chua was a very strict mom and didn’t let the child get lower than an “A” in school classes. They were allowed to do minimum things read. But they were never allowed to watch TV, play with their friends, and play any other instrument than the piano and the violin. Amy was choosing for her child until she is grown up going to Harvard.
One day Amy Chua was making her daughter practice and her daughter needed to use the bathroom and she wasn’t permitted to use the bathroom till she got that verse down. She has posted this on her article and had many views on that. They were all saying that’s abuse. She was abusing her daughter, not physically but emotionally.
What I think she is doing is bad and not good for the child. I think she should let her child socialize with other children. I think Amy’s daughter would not be ready for the future because there is going to be many people trying to talk to her and because of her mom, Amy, would not let her socialize. Because of this she does not know how to talk to other individuals.
If you guys had to choose to have a successful career with no one to talk to or would you have an ok job and have many friends and have good socializing skills? In my opinion I would choose an Ok job over being lonely and sad. Many people without friends grow up mean and grumpy and there sad of their lives. Many People with friends grow up to someone to talk to and have a nice family.
If you grow up with a strict mom you are possibly going to be the same with their children.
Cheating I agree with her quitting her teacher position. Her quitting was a sign to all students that she or many other teachers were not going to deal with cheaters. I think when a student cheats it’s the teacher and students fault. Some teachers don’t care if a student cheats either because they are lazy or they just don’t care. Students should already know it is bad to forge someone else’s essay. In this article the teacher cares if the students cheat and tries to take action on it. A teacher in Kansas of the name of Christine Pelton was a teacher who was fighting for non-cheaters. Christine was tired of cheaters. Half of her class was cheaters. It was a tragedy that she found out most of her students were cheating at home and in class. Christine was a teacher that didn’t take cheaters. After she had found out half her class mates were cheating she complains to the school district. Once she complained the kids that cheated had their moms come in and complain to the school. The school district thought it was a good thing that she had given them all Zeros for cheating. The school wasn’t good with her giving them a zero for the essay because it failed most of the class. The principle had told her to give them all a passing grade but not a failing grade. She did not agree with the principle. She complained to the school district and cannot do anything other than agreeing with her. She has token it to public and has giving that school a bad reputation of them being cheater. In my opinion I think her quitting is a good thing but putting it out on public for them to get a bad reputation was a little too harsh. Imagine you were those kids and you got cheating and after it has went to public? And you were just called cheater everywhere you go. Being that one student would probably suck. Going around be called cheater, getting made fun of because of that. If it was me I wouldn’t want that to be my new name. People that cheat and get away from it is probably going to cheat in the future, either it’s a relationship, a test, or anything cheating is still cheating.

Failure “Learning from your mistakes.” That is a great quote. When you fail you learn from that and hopefully won’t fail at that again. If you never fail. Then you never fail you never learn something new. Most of our great discoveries were made from their mistakes. For example, one day a scientist was working and trying to find a cure to help pain. One day he had gone home and he was one messy scientist. He had left pantries out and had mold growing on it. He had no clue what this was. He had noting the mold was growing over the bacteria and killing it. He Had Done It!! He had figured out penicillin. What I’m trying to say is that he had found a cure that saved millions of lies one mistake. If everyone was right in this world it would be living hell. It would be boring and we would never get anything new. Everyone’s failure leads to something either if it’s bad or good, it still leads you somewhere. Failing all the time is bad though. If you keep failing at your fail before than don’t be thinking you are going to go far. Failure and success is good in life. So just do something and if you fail think of it as learning. 9/11 Many of you guys know of the 9/11 event. It was a tragedy for everyone in the building or in the plane. 9/11 is also known for Muhammad big attack on the world. Many of innocent people have died. Many had families. And many loved ones were hurt. If people can go back now and warn everyone they would. What happened was a bad thing. 9/11 would have not happened if Osama bin laden had been KILLED! A plane, flight 93, was a plane filled with many heroes. They were hijacked but had faught back, they had saves thousands of people and the white house.
